Get ready; your palate is about to experience the ride of a lifetime. Housed in an historic Beaux-Arts building that once served as the headquarters of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, B&O provides a relaxed-meets-elegant atmosphere in which to enjoy contemporary American fare.

While our name gives a nod to the Gilded Age of the railroad, the locally sourced, seasonal food stays up to the minute with only the freshest ingredients around. Although our dishes rotate based on what’s available from our local farmers and purveyors, you'll always find favorites like charcuterie, artisan cheese, and brick oven-fired pizzas. (If you don't know what to choose, you might get ideas from watching our team hard at work in the exhibition kitchen.)

Brendan Dorr, our resident alchemist, creates cutting-edge cocktails with a precise blend of art and science. Dorr spent more than a decade honing his craft at spots like Ixia, Black Olive, and Aureole in New York; here his cocktails showcase seasonal ingredients and have earned him the People’s Choice Bartender of the Year Award at the International Cocktail World Cup.
