Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Maryland. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees:

  • Guest Amenity Fees are being waived at this time.

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service available at the Front Desk in the lobby from 6:00a.m. - 10:00a.m.
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer at the front desk 5pm - 6pm every evening
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been Suspended.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available at $44 per night during the following hours:
    • Sunday -Thursday: 7am-11pm
    • Friday - Saturday: 7am-1am
  • Self-Parking is available for $34.00 per 24 hours at Downunder Parking Garage 110W Lombard ST. Baltimore MD 21201 (410-752-0518)

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. You contact the Front Dial 0 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? Located on each floor – Press O for a disposable ice bucket to be delivered to your room
  • For your Safety A Hand Sanitizer Station is in each Ice Room
  • In need of Baltimore City restaurant recommendations for dine-in or delivery? Dial 4515

Fitness Center:

  • The fitness center is open with social distancing guidelines.

Business Center:

  • The business center is currently closed. Please visit the front desk for copy and printing services.

Other Services:

  • In-House Bell services are not available.
